Warranty coverage watches purchased from Watchaser are covered by a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase against hidden defects for watches that are less than 20 years old. 

Conditions of Warranty To ensure that the warranty remains valid, it is important to use the watch under normal conditions of use. Any misuse or improper handling of the watch will void the warranty. It is essential to follow the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines for proper care and maintenance.

Vintage Watches Disclaimer Please note that vintage watches + 20 years old are sold in "as-is" condition and are not covered under our warranty policy. These watches are considered collectors' items with unique characteristics and may have wear or imperfections due to their age. We recommend consulting our advisors for more information before making a purchase.

Hidden Defects and Return Procedure In the rare event that you encounter a hidden defect with your watch within the warranty period, please contact our advisors immediately. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with detailed instructions. Once your return is approved, our team will inspect the watch and replace any defective parts. The watch will then undergo a thorough inspection and revision in our Geneva workshop.
