The watches & jewelry are packaged strictly in bubble wrap to avoid any damage during transport. The watches boxes are also securely packaged. The packages are discreet without a logo to avoid being stolen.

We strive to deliver your watch as quickly as possible, while ensuring that it reaches you in perfect condition.We have an order processing time of 1 to 3 days. We ship Monday through Friday.

Taxes and customs fees
All our prices include Swiss VAT at the rate of 8.1%. VAT refund is not possible. The buyer is solely responsible for any additional customs and VAT costs relating to the regulations of the country of delivery. We do not accept returns and refunds in case of additional customs fees.

If you choose to pay in cash, you can do so for amounts up to 100,000 CHF in Switzerland. for Swiss residents 100,000 CHF and for non-Swiss residents 10,000 CHF. A passport will be required. Our shop are equipped with counting machines and counterfeit money detection equipment.
Bank Transfer (in CHF & EURO) We also offer the option to pay by bank transfer. You can transfer the amount in either Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR), depending on your preference.
